Our dedicated Key Accounts team provides a comprehensive one-stop shop for all building materials to both national and regional construction companies working in the South East of England.
The customers they serve include regional housebuilders, medium sized building contractors and property developers.
The Key Accounts team works closely with market leading suppliers of construction materials to provide buyers with a vast range of the best quality products at competitive rates. Our highly experienced team look after contracts across the South East. Co-ordinating both deliveries and collections from our branch network as well as managing direct to site deliveries from our suppliers, our friendly and efficient team will get all the information they need to fulfil your order in just one phone call with you.
With several decades of experience in the industry between them, our skilled team takes great pride in delivering the best level of customer service. Our team serves customers for not only Parker Building Supplies but also the other merchants in our family, known as the Independent Builders Merchant Group (IBMG), which includes Chandlers Building Supplies & Fairalls Builders’ Merchants.
Our team understands the pressure that buyers, estimators, contracts managers and site agents are under and endeavours to look after everyone in our customers businesses. We have established a reputation as being a dependable supplier, by building long term relationships with our customers and fully understanding the importance of quick and clear communication. In a rapidly changing industry that throws up fresh challenges every day, we are happy to source new products and help problem solve for our customers. Buyers can be reassured that once the order has been placed with us, our experienced staff will co-ordinate all deliveries to site with speed and efficiency.

Graham Pitts
Key Accounts Director
Graham heads our Key Accounts team, having had vast amounts of experience of working in sales for the merchants in our group. In his early career, Graham worked for Chandlers Building Supplies for 19 years and after this, he worked for Parker Building Supplies, completing another 19 year stint. What Graham doesn’t know about building materials, isn’t worth knowing!
Andrew Garman
Key Accounts Manager
Andrew has worked in the construction industry for over 18 years, including 9 years at Stamco Building Supplies, which has now been re-branded to Parker Building Supplies. Andrew also has 6 years’ experience managing the Key Accounts office. As a former site agent, Andrew is fully aware of the challenges buyers and site managers face on a daily basis and is committed to delivering the best service to make life easier for people working in those roles.
Gareth Dowling
Assistant Manager Key Accounts
Gareth has worked in the builders merchant industry for 6 years, 2 of those years being spent at Parker Building Supplies, before he joined the Key Accounts team. As well as having an excellent all-round knowledge of building materials, Gareth also specialises in groundworks and civils supplies. Gareth prides himself on his commitment to pursue all avenues to find the best possible price and delivery option for our customers.
Ray Paddock
Senior Sales
Ray boasts over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. This includes 9 years within the group and 6 years in the Key Accounts team. Ray brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team and also specialises in timber. For anything you need to know about timber, Ray is your man!
Tom Vickers
Senior Sales
Tom has spent 5 years working in the industry with half of this time being in the Key Accounts team. Before joining the construction industry, Tom spent 4 years with Brighton and Hove Albion. His footballing experience brings a professional approach and positive winning mentality to the team.
Luke Cameron
Sales
Luke has worked in the industry for more than 2 years. One of the newer members of the team, Luke has proved his commitment to offering the best customer service by constantly delivering high standards of customer service. Luke really rose to the challenge and exceeded customer expectations by getting materials to site through the difficult circumstances that surrounded the first lockdown.
